Family Conference
February 1 - 6, 2010

Full Mini Family Educational Conference Six (6) Days - $6000 one parent, $6500 two parents

One and half Hour Session - $350 per session

Three Hour Session - $650 per session

One Full Day of Sessions (6 hours) - $1200 per full day 6 hours in session

Three Full Days of Sessions - $3300, one parent / $3800 two parents

LOGISTICS

Location: To be determined

Airports: San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland, (OAK), San Jose International (SJC). There are 4 airports in the area.

Lodging: To be determined

Masgutova Institute will provide lunch.

For dinner, either families can do in the hotel restaurant, or there are a lot of restaurants (including Star Bucks) in a short walking distance, including an Indian restaurant serving CF GF diet. We will try to provide any special food requirements for children. I will be sending an email in few weeks asking you any particular food requirements for your child and will try to accommodate that for lunch.

Early registration allows us to gain the greatest savings when scheduling flights for the many specialists traveling to provide therapy during the Family Conference.

We request that 25% of the registration fee be submitted along with the Family Conference application.

Additional Fees

The Family Conference fee includes one individual with challenge and one parent/guardian. An additional parent/guardian may attend for an additional fee of $500.
